Charlie is a lifelong resident of Spartanburg. He attended Dorman High School and graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics & Finance. With deep family roots in Spartanburg and an extensive knowledge of the Upstate, he found real estate to be the perfect career choice. Charlie is a licensed Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and specializes in appraising properties across the upstate with a focus on Spartanburg, Greenville, Cherokee, and Union counties. In addition to appraising, Charlie is also a licensed Realtor. With nearly a decade of appraisal experience, his background gives him a unique insight into helping buyers and sellers navigate the current market. Charlie’s passion for Spartanburg developed at a young age and he is excited to be part of its continued growth. He is dedicated to providing the highest quality work for his clients and embraces the challenge of each appraisal, listing and home purchase with enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
