Graham is a Spartanburg native and a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he earned a degree in English with a minor in Business in 2006. Shortly after graduating, he joined Pack and Company Real Estate in 2007 as an appraiser apprentice and became a licensed Certified General Appraiser in 2009.

With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate valuation, Graham performs a wide range of appraisal services including residential, commercial, industrial, and land properties. He works with banks, attorneys, and private clients, providing accurate and reliable valuations for purchases and sales, estate planning, and asset management.

In 2012, Graham expanded his real estate expertise by becoming a licensed Realtor. His extensive local knowledge and professional background as an appraiser give his clients a distinct advantage when navigating the market. Whether working with buyers or sellers, he offers valuable insight into property values and market trends, helping clients make confident and informed decisions.

Graham enjoys the opportunity his work provides to meet new people and explore a wide variety of properties throughout Spartanburg and the surrounding counties. Graham and his wife, Jamie, live on the east side of Spartanburg with their three children. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, gathering with family and friends, and supporting their children’s athletic activities.
