Before beginning his career in real estate, Ken spent time in the Navy and then served for 26 years as a Senior Director for one the Southeast’s largest corporations, Spartan Food Systems.   Leveraging his comprehensive knowledge of the local market and strong management background, Ken has established himself as one of the leaders in the Spartanburg real estate community.

Ken is in his 14th year with Pack and Company and focuses his talents on residential appraisals.  His work takes him to all areas of Spartanburg County and he enjoys applying his knowledge and experience to helping clients every single day.  While focusing on appraisals, he also sells residential properties and has experience in managing rental properties as well. 

A native of Spartanburg, Ken currently resides in Boiling Springs.  He enjoys the outdoor sports, shooting sports, and has a love for football season in the Fall.
